Safeguarding

Holy Trinity School is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment, the most pertinent of which can be found at the bottom of this page.

If you have concerns about the safety or wellbeing of any member of our school community then please contact our school Designated Safeguarding Officers.

Alternatively you can contact Social Care Direct on 0345 8 503 503.

Online Safety

We know the importance of staying safe in our increasingly digital world. Our curriculum is designed to teach children the knowledge and skills they will need to safely navigate the risks that technology and the Internet can pose. Our Online Safety curriculum content can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

In school, we have strict filtering and monitoring systems to keep our children safe whilst using technology and the Internet:

  • Surf Protect filters content to ensure that children cannot search for and view inappropriate Internet material
  • Senso monitors school devices and alerts our safeguarding team if a child attempts to search for or type about inappropriate or concerning content
