Art at Holy Trinity
"Art has a significant and valuable role to play in the overall ethos of Holy Trinity School. Our curriculum aims to nurture the love of art whilst developing children’s proficiency in a wide variety of art skills and techniques enabling them to confidently express themselves artistically as individuals in response to ideas and experiences, communicating what they see, feel and think through the use of colour, pattern, texture, line, shape, form and space.
We look to the work other artists and craftspeople to inform and inspire our pupils' work whilst equipping them with the knowledge and skills to experiment, invent, problem solve and create their own works of art, craft and design without inhibition or fear of it being right or wrong.
We hope that our children’s experience of art at Holy Trinity inspires them to become artists and designers of the future."
