Following a visit to Tanzania by Mr Wood with colleagues from the Diocese of Leeds, we have established a link with ACT Mara Primary School.

This link has enabled us to enrich our curriculum with many valuable learning opportunities and it is a link we value highly.

The link is based on 3 key principles:

• working with the children and staff at ACT Mara
• learning from the children and staff at ACT Mara
• offering practical support where possible

The motto of our link is the Swahili 'Bega Kwa Bega' which means 'Shoulder to Shoulder'.
