Entry to Nursery 

From January 2024, we are delighted to offer a more flexible approach to our Early Years / Nursery Provision and give parents the opportunity to access Universal and Extended Entitlement. Parents will be able to request part and full days, subject to availability.

If you would like to apply for a place in Nursery please complete the EY Application Form below and return to school.  You will also need to show an original copy of the child's birth certificate and accept our Early Years Agreement .

Church Commitment

If you have and Anglican Church commitment, you should also fill in a Supplementary Information Form and return to school.
